Please note: The PLASTIC RIM inside is formed by one long Plastic Cord and a short (about 1.0" long) Plastic Connector (the Connector is thicker than the Cord). When we open and pull the product out from the packaging, the long Plastic Cord might be disconnected from the Connector. In this case, what you need to do is just to re-connect the Cord to the Connector.

Before installation, please check and make sure the Plastic Cord and the Connector are well connected.

Maintenance:
Use standard washing powder, not bleach.
Hand wash or machine wash in warm water.
For even longer lasting results, place in a protective net and remove inner plastic rim when machine washing.

Remove when washing the toilet seat as some detergents may damage the cover.
Reconnect the plastic rim before reinstallation.
